DANIEL Pinnell

chief executive officer

Daniel Pinnell is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, mentor, former executive director of a national nonprofit organization, and social justice advocate for Deaf issues. His real estate passions are multifamily properties, self-storage, triple net commercial properties, and mentoring/coaching people in their real estate investments. Daniel has been active in real estate since 2009 and co-founded Pinnell Real Estate LLC in 2018.

Daniel is committed to making money while making a difference in the life of everyone involved with Pinnell Real Estate LLC. He manages the company's overall operations, coordinates team members, and maintains focus on our vision and mission. His favorite hobbies are networking, reading books to improve his business and financial acumen, and spending time with his family and friends.

Pinnell Real Estate LLC is also devoted to creating jobs and opportunities for the Deaf community. Pinnell Real Estate LLC donates to nonprofit organizations and charities that fight for Deaf people’s quality of life, rights, and equality of access.

JACLYN Pinnell

president

Jaclyn Pinnell is a real estate investor with a passion for multifamily and short-term rentals. She has been active in real estate since 2009 and co-founded Pinnell Real Estate LLC in 2018.  She also co-hosts Southeast Connecticut Real Estate Investors Group, which invites local and national speakers to share important information about different aspects of real estate, as well as hosts monthly meetings for local investors to network and learn more about real estate.

Jaclyn is also a Product Architect for Siemens, an international conglomerate corporation focused on automation, energy solution, and software in the industrial manufacturing sector, and has led several projects with a multinational team.

Her favorite hobby is spending time with family and friends, snuggling her pets, kayaking, and singing with her girls.

Ryan Newport

Executive assistant

Ryan Newport is a real estate investor with a focus on multi-family buy and hold properties, Fix and Flip properties, and BRRRR strategy investments. Ryan is an active member of the Connecticut real estate community with a passion for giving back and helping new investors get started. He frequently attends staple meetups, such as the CTREIA events, but also makes a point to attend smaller, intentional local meetups. To Ryan, real estate is about the people. He’s committed to growing his portfolio as much as he is the community.

Ryan’s background includes founding and operating a boutique talent agency in the music industry as well as production management within the music, crypto, and private event space. Alongside his investment career today he also works within a real estate brokerage managing inside operations and client relations.

Ryan works as the executive assistant for Pinnell Real Estate leveraging his background experience to assist with tenant relations, investor relations, operations management, and lead sourcing and acquisitions.

Outside of real estate Ryan enjoys boating, reading, networking, cryptocurrency, playing with his labradoodle, and he is always looking for new local craft restaurants with quality food and beverage.

As the Financial Manager for Pinnell Real Estate LLC, Eric is responsible for recording all financial transactions, reviewing financial statements, and producing quarterly financial reports. He also provides advice to the executive team on planning, organizing, and managing the financial activities such as procurement and utilization of funds for the enterprise.

Eric is also the founder and owner of SuperBrandables.Com, a company he started in 2006. SuperBrandables.Com focuses on domain name acquisitions, development of domain assets, domain name registration services, monetization of portfolios, and buying and selling in the domain name aftermarket.

Eric founded and became President - CEO of Klink.Net, an Internet Service Provider in 1994, which he built into a very profitable startup. After Klink.Net was sold to Logical Net in 1999, Eric was retained as Vice President of Operations. His expertise greatly facilitated three acquisitions that followed in rapid succession at the end of 1999 and the beginning of 2000. Eric was also responsible for driving the technology, maintaining the quality, reliability, and flexibility of Logical Net’s network infrastructure, and providing “second to none” care solutions to Logical Net customers. In his career with Klink Net and Logical Net, Eric developed a proven track record of producing results and building strong teams as well as a reputation as a focused, driven, passionate, and detail-oriented entrepreneur.

Eric has served on a variety of boards over the years, including the Board of Education of New York, the FBI’s InfraGard Chapter in New York, and the Board of Directors of LUH, Inc. He also served as Trustee for Mayfield, New York, as well.

Eric, a native of Puerto Rico, is fluent in English and Spanish. He is a deeply spiritual man whose faith in humanity is reflected in his treatment of his colleagues and customers. Eric is happily married to his wife, Brenda, and between the two of them, they have 5 grown children and 11 fantastic grandkids.

Steven "Houston" mcbride

Previously, Houston McBride was a registered lobbyist for Deaf People United representing Deaf clients, including local Deaf organizations such as We the Deaf People - Connecticut Chapter. He lobbied for bills that would support or expand Deaf rights, access, and job opportunities. He also worked with several important legislators and testified in public hearings before the Connecticut State Legislature on a variety of bills advancing Deaf interests.

Houston is also the former Executive Coordinator of Deaf People United, a nonprofit Political Activism Organization. In that role, he participated in summits and trained teams on how to build their state-level team, how to communicate with government officials, and how to host fundraising efforts to cover operating expenses.

As the asset manager for Pinnell Real Estate LLC, he is a tireless boss who likes to get things done right the first time. Houston oversees contractors who do construction, renovation, and landscaping projects, and he coordinates with the city, community, and the company's team to meet and satisfy goals.

During his leisure time, he enjoys boating, fishing, swimming, bowling, kayaking, and motorcycling. He also enjoys cookouts and hanging out with family and friends. He loves working with his hands, DIY projects, and networking with new people.
